FundSmart was established by husband and wife team, Segran and Priscilla Chandra. In 1996 we settled in Australia and began exploring our investment options. But when it came to choosing the right finance, we were overwhelmed and confused.
But with a lot of time and persistence, we found the perfect loan for us. It was this experience that made us want to help others choose the right finance too – without the time-consuming research and uncertainty that we faced.
And So FundSmart Was Born
In 2003, FundSmart opened its doors as a mortgage broking business. Our goal was simple: to help our clients understand basic financial principles – and the long- term impact of their decisions. Since that time we have built up years of valuable knowledge in the complex and constantly evolving home loan industry.

As our business grew, we expanded our services to cover all forms of personal and commercial finance.
