FundSmart began as mortgage broking business in February 2003. As the business grew, the scope of our services widened. We opened our office in Wantirna, an eastern Melbourne suburb, in July 2005.

People

FundSmart is owned and operated by Segran and Priscilla Chandra.

Segran is the Managing Director of FundSmart. He has over twenty years’ experience in finance and accounting. Prior to becoming a mortgage and finance broker, he worked in the hospitality industry where he held accounting positions including serving as a Financial Controller for the Sheraton Group in Fiji, Brunei, China and Australia.

Priscilla Chandra is a Mortgage Broker and Administration Manager at FundSmart. Before joining FundSmart she worked in the insurance and hospitality industries. She has held diverse management, administrative and teaching roles in several Asian countries. She enjoys helping others. Her volunteer service has included working at an orphanage and teaching English as a Second Language in China.
